Description

This is the first salad variety to be available in the supermarkets each year and is renowned for its "earthy" "new" flavour. Introduced in 1879, it is now considered to be a heritage variety that has stood the test of time and taste. Tubers are of a kidney shape with shallow eyes and white flesh and skin.
